"Good Health" is determined by a veterinarian and excludes potential intestinal parasites. Seller guarantees the puppy has received at minimum the following: Comprehensive health exam (to evaluate knees, heart, hernias, eyes). Age-appropriate vaccinations (to protect against parvo & several other puppy illnesses), microchip, internal and external parasite control. The seller provides warranty against debilitating congenital defects for this puppy's lifetime. Seller guarantees that all possible steps have been taken with the sire/dam selection and breeding, to prevent hereditary complications. "Debilitating congenital defects" are defined as those present since birth, visible or not, that are either life threatening or would prevent the puppy from fulfilling the intended purpose for which it was purchased. This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, stress related illness, umbilical hernias, hypoglycemia, parasites (including giardia or coccidiosis), cancer or endocrine disorders. It also does not include any illness due to the inappropriate ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, or physical injury. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated. If the puppy is euthanized, or in any way disposed of without a second opinion from the seller's veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a replacement puppy. This warranty is nontransferable. Any suspected debilitating congenital defect must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian including a necropsy in the event of death, at the buyers expense. Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to the dog's condition to the seller within seven days of diagnosis. Seller has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian or specialist of the seller's choice, at the seller's expense. If necropsy is performed and results are undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis, warranty is void. The seller does not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any veterinarian and/or healthcare expense for this puppy. Seller agrees that if puppy is found to be debilitated by a congenital defect, seller will replace puppy at no additional charge to the buyer. * I ACCEPT Parasites The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses associated with the treatment of intestinal parasites, should the puppy be diagnosed after going home. It is very common for puppy parasites to flourish after joining a new family due to stress relating to the puppy's transitioning to a new home. Parasites are a routine part of a dog's life cycle and monthly heartworm prevention, and some flea/tick preventions ALSO include common parasite treatments for this reason. In puppy rearing, parasite exposure is almost an understood given in order to appropriately socialize and teach puppies. Most parasites are contagious, via a fecal oral route, and it's possible that other dogs in the house could also get them. Make sure the puppy's stools are picked up immediately and be sure your other dogs are not eating it. * I ACCEPT Training Buyer understands that each puppy will respond differently to training and that no guarantees on success are offered, and no refunds on training fees will be provided. Seller takes all measures to ensure training with Doods & Dolls trainer is positive, gentle, and done in such a manner to ensure retention. Buyer understands that at completion of training, the puppy will need continued home training, and buyer understands the puppy may still experience in home accidents, in crate accidents, and chewing while the puppy continues to mature. * I ACCEPT Go Home Buyer understands that travel related expenses are additional and agrees that all travel related expenses are to be paid in full prior to puppy go home day. The Buyer is responsible for all costs relating to the sale of the above animal, including transportation. This includes an appropriate travel crate. The risk of injury or loss to the above animal is the responsibility of the Buyer from the time and animal leaves the possession of the Seller. The Buyer agrees to pay the purchase price, stated on page one of the contract, in full before the puppy leaves Doods & Dolls. Buyer understands and agrees that all final payments are due on go home day via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo, unless other arrangements have been previously made. Checkbox * I ACCEPT Lifetime The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if the Buyer determines they are unable to keep their puppy for any reason. The Buyer and Seller will jointly determine how the dog will be rehomed. The Buyer agrees to never place the puppy with a rescue group, a shelter, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory, but instead will bring the puppy back to the Seller. It is understood that unless breeding rights or unlimited AKC registration is acquired at the time of sale, this puppy will NOT be used for breeding.
